Can narcotics cause difficulty in urinary flow?

Hi, I recently had my wisdom teeth out and have had to take narcotics for them, as well as a type of ibuprofen. Now I seem to have difficulty starting and maintaining a urinary flow. Could these two be related? I am young and I was fine a few weeks ago
