sounds like a hostile work environment. if i were you id take all of this to the local press. or television news station. it sounds like to me that you are a hard worker and you are being retaliated against. i wouldn't change a thing about your statement. im sure if they have some kind of illegal practices going on there. the last thing they will want is exposure. they worst thing they can do is give u a bad reference.
