How could i meet kid cudi?

Alright so this is how it goes, i first heard kid Cudi my freshmen year of High school and have been listening to him ever since and the reason i want to meet him is because i would like for him to hand me my High School diploma and then of course chill after, basically the chilliest thing to do is chill with Cudi.So if anyone could help me out that would be great.
