Y d0es she throw up all the time?

my friend has a baby that is 5 m0nths 0ld....everytime she drinks milk fr0m a b0ttle she ends up thr0win it up. I try t0 burp her but she w0nt burp she will just cry a l0t i havnt saw this with 0ther babies but is thiss normal??
