How do you deal with a violent 8yr old?

my little sister is very violent and uncontrollable. for instance she bit me very harshly today and it left a scar. my mom has no idea what to do with her one of our choices was we could send her to my father and have my father deal with her because we cant handle her violent actions anymore and the youngest child is always being the one abused by her.... help or ideas on what to do?

I want to get a pet iguana?

I am a 22 year old female and I was thinking about getting an iguana for a pet. Does anyone have any advice/pros/cons for me? I don't know too much about owning iguanas yet and would love some feedback from iguana owners.

My husband and I ttc for four years. It is so exhausting worrying if the am I or not. What I learned was to not take a test and (try not to think about it) until I was at least 2 weeks late. I was a day late one time running to Wal-Mart buying a pregnancy test; I bet I took 6 tests in two weeks all because of false symptoms. I am not saying you aren't pregnant, I don't know, I hope you are. I would just wait until I was actually wait. Worrying and stressing can cause you to be late; as well as wanting to be pregnant so bad can cause false symptoms. Good Luck to you!

Sure, it's the RNC. American tax payers paid for Obama's trip to Kenya to campaign for Odinga, the guy who incited riots when he didn't win. That bothers me that he used my money for that.

Why do we get colds/coughs?

My baby 6 months has a cough with a runny nose and eye he cant sleep in his cot as he has a blocked nose. So he has to sleep in a baby bouncer chair. As its tilted. Just wondered why do we get colds and why are some people not affected then others.
