Does she like me?

we met at my party and she slept over wit her girlfriends and then two days later we met up for a movie aone. There was little to no touching but lots of conversation. Whenever I tell her she's pretty she says awww thanks and when i compliment she says im sweet. We met again two days later for a movie alone and there was some touching it was raining and i was cold so she put her arms around me. Should i ask her out or make a move for a kiss or is she toying wit my mind? We also text each other alot during the day.
