Should I go for him, or should i not?

So there is this guy, I mean i know him a bit. He is SOOOOOOOOOO cute, funny, all that good stuff. But he is like captain of Bball team. Idno my brain says i shouldnt but heart says i should. Iam so confused. I dont think he likes me, and i dont know either if i like him. Any suggestions on what you think i should do. anything will help me, thanks all .
