Trouble starting 2000 Suzuki SV-650?

Put away in Nov 09 used Sea Foam for fuel stabilizing. Started every week for first 2 months. Today went and turned keys, and lights came on, but bike wouldn't turn over, or even try. I jumped the starter with a car battery and it ran awesome, no problems. Next I tried replacing the battery with a new fully charged one. That did nothing, still getting lights, but no turn over. From this I kind of figure it is either the starter electronics or on. Since it runs just fine when its jumped. What kind of things can I try to narrow this down a bit to what I need to fix, and what is my most likely problem? Thanks for any help. Cheers.
