Ia had a period on May 3rd and a nother on the 29th of May, my regular period was suppose to come june3rd, not?

My period came May3rd and May29th, but my regular period was suppose to come on June3rd and didnt, my stomatch has been hurting for the last couple of days, what does this mean!
