Food technology (science) references and charts?

So I am a food technologist. I have been researching on the internet for useful charts and conversions and just usefull information that i can use everyday in my development of foods and drinks. I was looking for things like additives and thier functions specific gravities , just anything that can help and that i can print. I am not having much luck. Does anyone have any good sources i can print?
