Should I laugh hysterically for a few hours or cry for a couple of days?

So a bunch of my doctors told me that it would be very difficult for me to get pregnant without IVF. However, I have some obvious pregnancy symptoms. FINALLY!! So now I'm just trying to decide whether to laugh hysterically for several hours or cry tears of joy for a few days. Which do you think is more appropriate? Or maybe I can alternate the two.
